This May, we celebrated Cinco de Mayo with our M.J. staff and their families with a Mexican feast of chicken and steak fajitas, and horchata water from the Guelaguetza Food Truck!
We added a friendly competition of "pesos and sombreros" where they had to toss coins into a sombrero (which was a lot harder than everyone thought). Congratulations to our winners, Victor, Gerardo and Juan Ordaz. They enjoyed their extra salsa and dinero (money).
