It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juan Cuevas, a beloved friend and dedicated employee of M.J. Design. Juan worked with us from 2011 until 2022, and during his time here, he played an integral role in various capacities, from landscape crew and maintenance crew to his most recent position as Landscape Foreman.
Known for his strong work ethic, Juan was a quiet and humble individual who let his actions speak louder than words. He approached every task with dedication, always giving his best. Although he was shy, his presence was always felt, and his contributions were immeasurable. Over the years, Juan's reliability and commitment earned the respect of everyone who worked with him.
Juan not only contributed to our team, but he also brought his family into the M.J. Design fold. He recruited his brother, Hilario, and son, Gerardo, to join our company, and together they made lasting memories here.
Tragically, Juan passed away suddenly on January 16, 2025, while in Mexico, at the age of 46. His loss is felt deeply by both his family in Mexico and by all of us here at M.J. Design. Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones during this difficult time.
Juan will always be remembered for his quiet strength, his dedication, and the kindness he showed to everyone around him. He may have been a man of few words, but his legacy of hard work and integrity will live on with us.
